The VIPER^® staff are available 24/7 to assist forces with parade requests. This includes all types of compilation including those which have very specific requirements such as the replication of features onto volunteers (e.g. scars).

The National VIPER^® Bureau takes their responsibility to produce parades for the police very seriously. This includes having a range of contingency plans in place to mitigate the risk and impact of issues which may affect the service.

The VIPER^® Bureau has a Service Level Agreement with their users which provides the basis for managing customer relationships and defines the quality of service expected by the user. This Service Level Agreement covers the delivery of the service, fault handling and system availability.
