Q. How much space do you require?
A. We don’t require a big space approximately 7ft x 7ft space for the booth and marketing banners.
Q. What electrical equipment will you bring and is it PAT tested?
A. The booth just requires 1 electrical socket to power a laptop, camera and lights. All equipment on site is PAT tested.
Q. How many staff will you bring?
A. There will be 2 or 3 members on staff recording volunteers and explaining the process to any potential volunteer.
Q. How do you pay the volunteers?
A. Each volunteer on completion of the recording will be paid a cash reward,. Organisations can consider using the event as a fund raiser and volunteer donating towards a charity or community project.
