Training programme for users

The National VIPER^® Bureau has a range of courses and associated training materials which support the service nationally. These have been written by the VIPER^® team to support new and existing users in their day to day duties. Each VIPER^® user is trained how to carry out the procedures which are required to request a parade. In addition, each video clip recorded by a user is quality assured by the VIPER^® team to assist users in meeting the relevant standards.

Where a customer force requires a trainer located within their force to provide local VIPER^® training for their colleagues the National VIPER^® Bureau will train them in the correct disciplines required to meet this need. These courses are externally certified and along with the basic user training have been a resounding success.
