How can my organisation help

We urgently need your help and organisations can help in many different ways. You can host a recording session for 1 day or up to 1 week depending on the potential number of volunteers within your organisation, school or community group and it couldn’t be simpler.

  • We bring a recording booth to a pre-arranged location.
  • We ask volunteers to assist by having their 15 second video image recorded.
  • We do not require any personal information, only an anonymous face.
  • All juveniles (persons aged 17yrs and under) recorded without the presence of a parent or guardian are required to complete and provide a signed consent form. The parental/guardian consent form is not kept by VIPER®, it is only used on the day to ensure consent has been approved by the parent or guardian for those aged 17 or under. The form will then be returned to the volunteer.
  • Once the recording is complete volunteers receive a cash reward for their time & help.
  • Each volunteer is given a card with a unique bar code reference number. This is retained by the volunteer as a record of the image recorded. Volunteers must keep this card safe as it is the only way for us to identify the image, as the Database is anonymous.
